  1. This Summer, I'm enjoying blueberries....lots and lots of blueberries. Wolfgang seems to be fond of them as well, but I think his excitement stems from my immense enjoyment of this wonder-fruit. The perfect compliment would be peaches, pound cake, and real vanilla ice cream.....yummers!

  2. Summer to me means tomato time! Tomatoes on and in EVERYTHING!!! I made bruschetta last weekend, last night I had sliced tomato with parmesan, and I am saving the rest of my tomatoes this week to make tomato pie on Sunday. If you have never had tomato pie you are missing out!!!! Waste not one tomato this summer!

  12. Chicken booyah, is an essential summer staple for the Green Bay area. It is a collection of all of the fresh vegetables that have been grown throughout the summer along with beef and chicken cooked over a smoky wood fire. Just the smell of it reeks of summer.
